Regain your riding confidence with EquiTeam Confidence Camps

Enjoy your riding, be in the moment and feel ready to have fun with your horse!

At EquiTeam, we know that confidence is a fragile beast; it can shatter easily and the trials and tribulations of a busy and stressful life can help make that happen; throw in hormones and your own inner helpful critic, and holding onto confidence can be like trying to store water in a sieve!

We also know that we are able to rebuild it, and just as importantly, develop a toolbox to rebuild it, when you need it.

Confidence is one of the most talked about qualities in our sport, yet it is often misunderstood.

We are here to help.

Over the next 6 weeks, The EquiTeam Confidence Reset Boot Camp is going to help you understand your confidence, rebuild trust (in yourself and your horse), and develop practical tools you can come back to again and again.
